Michael Dennehy - Partner
Michael Dennehy is the co-founder of Dennehy & Bouley LLC.
Michael has been a leader in the industry since he entered the political and public policy arena in 1991.
Known as a political and government relations' advisor to corporations and nationwide organizations, Dennehy recently served as senior political advisor to Republican Senator John McCain's 2008 Presidential Campaign. He also served in the role of National Political Director in 2007. With Dennehy's strategic guidance, Senator McCain again defied the odds and claimed an upset victory on January 8, 2008. As New England Political Director and New Hampshire Campaign Manager in 2000, Dennehy led the McCain movement to its biggest victories including an upset victory in New Hampshire's First in the Nation Primary.
Michael has led several successful advocacy campaigns in the region including Republican New Hampshire Governors Craig Benson (2002) and Steve Merrill (1992 and 1994). Previously, Michael was the Executive Director for the New Hampshire Republican Party, Republican National Committeeman from New Hampshire and served as special assistant to Governor Stephen Merrill, managing political and legislative crises for Merrill.
Furthermore, Dennehy has consulted with elected officials and party leaders in the Republic of Turkey on grassroots politics,
communications and message development.
Dennehy was named to the 2001 inaugural class of The Union Leader's "40 under Forty," a group of men and women whose impact will be
felt across New Hampshire for decades to come. Additionally, PolitickerNH.com recognized Dennehy as #16 on their 2008 State Power
List.
Michael has frequently appeared and is regularly sought for state, regional and national media programs including ABC News, Fox News
and CNN.
Michael is also President of The Dennehy Group, a Republican political consulting firm.
He holds a B.S. from Southern New Hampshire University. He and his wife, Sarra, live in Concord with their sons Liam and Aidan, and
their newborn daughter, Molly.

Jim Bouley - Partner
As partner in Dennehy & Bouley, Jim Bouley has more than 20 years of political/governmental experience in New Hampshire. The
consummate "insider" in New Hampshire, Jim brings his special skills to bear for the firm's wide client base. His talents have brought
success to innumerable client projects.
A 1988 graduate of University of New Hampshire, he has been involved in the political world since the start of his career. Jim has
managed lobbying, grassroots and political action committee activities for business clients, not for profit organizations and trade
associations.
In 2004, Jim was named to The Union Leader's 40 Under Forty, as an important figure to watch in the Granite State.
In November 2007, Jim was elected Mayor of Concord, New Hampshire. Prior to running for the Mayor, he served 10 years on the Concord
city council. Jim is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Capitol Center for the Arts and The Local Government Center. He
resides in the city of Concord with his wife, Tara.

Dick Bouley
Dick is a veteran of 35 years in New Hampshire politics. Dick has been a registered lobbyist since 1982 and is seasoned in healthcare,
long term care, education, pyrotechnics, and privacy/direct marketing, gaming and environmental issues.
In 1979, Dick came to Concord to join Governor Hugh Gallen's staff. He served the governor as the Educational Advisor and was appointed
as New Hampshire's Commissioner to the Education Commission to the States and Chairman of the Board of the NH Youth Development
Center. He also served as the Governor's Liaison to the NH Executive Council, responsible for all appointments to state government.
He began an independent consulting firm in 1983 and was named by Nashua Telegraph as one of the top 5 lobbying firms in Concord.
In addition to his lobbying activities, he has served for the last 18 years as professor at the NH Community Technical College and
in 2000 he received the President's Medal for Distinguished Service.

Alex Koutroubas
Alex has been a key player in the planning and implementation of legislative achievement for Dennehy & Bouley. As an expert
in governmental affairs since 2002, Alex has worked extensively on issues affecting citizens with developmental disabilities;
environmental regulation, gaming regulation, financial services as well as with direct marketing services. He is widely recognized
as a respected policy advocate among legislators and regulators of New Hampshire's government.
In addition to serving as a government relations advisor, Alex also serves as the Executive Director of the American Council of Engineering Companies - New Hampshire and on the Board of Directors of Concord, NH Crimeline.
Alex served in AmeriCorps NCCC in 2002 where he participated in numerous projects across the United States including working on
disaster relief, public safety, environmental, education and numerous other community needs.
Alex holds a degree in Business with a minor in Political Science from Keene State College.

Erin Hass
Erin specializes in assisting our clients with their various political and legislative needs. Her detailed knowledge of the inner
workings of state and federal government enables her to effectively construct and execute detailed strategies tailored specifically
to the needs of each client.
Erin is also engaged in issue advocacy and political consulting to US Congressional, statewide and local campaigns and has a track record of delivering successful results for our clients. She is an active lobbyist and leverages her Republican relationships for the good of our clients.
Prior to joining the Dennehy & Bouley LLC, Erin worked as a Legislative Assistant to the Speaker of the House of the New Hampshire General Court, served as the Policy Director for the Senate President (Republican) in New Hampshire, worked as a Legislative Aide to Republican US Senator Bob Smith (R-NH) in Washington, DC and served as a Legislative Aide in the US Senate Environment and Public Works Committee in Washington, DC.
Erin is involved in numerous philanthropic and business networking groups in Manchester; she also serves as President of her
Condominium Association in Manchester. A New Hampshire native, Erin obtained a degree in political science from Plymouth State
University.
